Abstract
The bachelor thesis, called “The Competitive Analysis on the Furniture Market“, in the theoretic part deals about basic terms of competition, services and marketing mix. In the practical part firstly occupies with the characteristic of Kika Furniture, Ltd. and its marketing environment, and secondly analyzes the results, obtained by two methods of research – questionnaire and observation. Then follow suggestions how to improve the market position of Kika Furniture, Ltd., based on the results of the competitive analysis on the furniture market, focused on chosen retailers in the Moravian-Silesian Region.
