Dentální slitiny na bázi drahých kovů – technologie zpracování jejich odpadů a hodnocení mechanických vlastností

Abstract

The topic of the diploma thesis is dental alloys based on precious metals. The theoretical part of the thesis provides an overview and specifications of metal alloys containing both precious metals and base metals used as replacements, fillers or additions to the missing part of the teeth. The work describes different types of these replacements, used alloys, their mechanical properties, comparison of different manufacturers and also the biocompatibility of metals in contact with living tissue. Environmental treatment technologies are also an important part. The practical part of the work then describes and documents the recycling technology for processing waste dental alloys with precious metals and evaluation of their selected mechanical characteristics.
