Mapování toku hodnot

Abstract

This Bachelor thesis focuses on value stream mapping in Siemens, s.r.o. The theoretical part includes description of terms such as lean manufacturing, logistics, and analytical tools, which are then used in the practical part of the thesis. The analytical part includes maps of value stream for two chosen representatives, created by using the technique of mapping the value stream. The data obtained from the individual production operations are further analyzed and evaluated. Subsequently, measures which would lead to the reduction of the time of production process and which would prevent wasting during the production processes were suggested.
