Rekonstrukce hydrogenerátoru Českomoravská-Kolben a.s., Praha- Vysočany, r.v. 1925

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje návrhu rekonstrukce a modernizace generátoru poháněného Francisovou turbínou na vodní elektrárně. Během zpracovávání diplomové práce, mi byl umožněn přístup k jednotlivým částem generátoru v průběhu realizace jeho opravy, za účelem získání potřebných informací o dimenzích stroje a dalších dat nezbytných pro výpočet a návrh rekonstrukce. Původní stroj byl vyroben na začátku minulého století a nebyl dosud opravován. Podnětem k rekonstrukci je navýšení výkonu a zvýšení účinnosti stroje. Uvedený návrh maximálně využívá jak moderních izolačních materiálů pro rotorové a statorové vinutí, tak i výrazně kvalitnější ocel pro magnetický obvod statoru stroje.

This thesis solves reconstruction and modernization of Francis turbine driven generator on hydroelectric power plant. During the processing of the thesis, I’ve had access to individual parts of generator, also during the execution of repairs, in order to obtain the necessary information about dimensions of the machine and the other data necessary for calculation and reconstruction design. The original machine was made at the beginning of last century and has not been repaired. The reason for the reconstruction is improve performance and increase machine efficiency. The design maximizes modern isolation materials for the rotor and stator windings, as well as much higher quality steel for the magnetic circuit of the stator machine.
