Abstract
The thema of bachelor thesis is The Competitive Analysis on the Mobile Operators Market. The bachelor thesis deals with quality of services provided by mobile operators in the Czech Republic. These are Vodafone Czech Republic a. s., T-Mobile Czech Republic a. s. and Telefónica Czech Republic a. s. The objective of the thesis was to compare services of mobile operators and to find their strengths and weaknesses. The main focus was done on Vodafone Czech Republic a. s. The research used the Mystery shopping method. Mentioned recommendations could improve customer service offerred by Vodafone Czech Republic a. s.
