Abstract
The submitted thesis deals with using of sales promotions for the certain product in banking. That is focused on five banks which are the most extensive among bank customers in the Czech market in the Most District. The target is to analyze all ways of sales promotions and to find better use for the given product.
Theoretical part characterizes and also describes, through processing
of available bank sources, individual banks including the bank product – mortgage and sales promotions for the given product, conditions for the grant of mortgage and basic concepts of marketing.
Practical part reconnoitres, through marketing survey – questionnaires,
the attitude of 50 customers from all banks who are going to become future applicants for mortgage focused on various tools of communication mix.
At the conclusion of the thesis there is a reference for using of next sale promotions in banking.
