Abstract

This thesis is focused on options Accounting, Tax and Legal Aspects of Natural Person Business to Limited Liability Comapany. The work is divided into free main sections. First two focuse on theory and the third section is about practise. The major goal to evoluate ways can be converted Natural Person Business to Limited Liability Company and to evoluate the best option to convert the business. The first part is focused on theoretical aspects of trades and companies. The second part is focused on the characteristics of different options of converted Natural Person Business to Limited Liability Company. In the last part is applied the one option of converted business, which is evaluated as appropriate.
