Analýza pracovních úrazů ve společnosti ŠKODA AUTO a.s.

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá rozborem pracovních úrazů ve Škoda Auto a.s. V první části je rozebrána problematika a právní rámec pracovních úrazů. Následně je představena celá společnost s konkrétním rozdělením závodu do úseků a jmenovány zavedené programy týkající se bezpečnosti. Dále je provedena statistika a podrobný rozbor pracovních úrazů. Na základě analýzy jsou stanovena nejrizikovější činnosti pracovišť. V poslední části je přiblížen vývoj BOZP v souvislosti se strategií Průmysl 4.0. a návrhy na zlepšení stavu úrazovosti a snižování rizik.

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of work injuries in Škoda Auto a.s. In the first part the issue and the legal framework of work injuries are analyzed. Subsequently, the whole company is introduced with a specific division of the race into sections and the established security programs are named. In addition, statistics and detailed analysis of occupational injuries are carried out. Based on the analysis, the most hazardous activities of the workplaces are determined. In the last part, the development of health and safety at work is approximated in connection with the Industry 4.0 strategy and proposals to improve the level of accident and risk reduction.
