Abstract

This bachelor’s work is about the education and development of employees. The goal of this work is to analyze the system of education and development of employees in the organization Park Inn by Radisson Ostrava and on the basis of discovered information suggest recommendation for its improvement. Information for the analysis of education and development of employees in the organization is gained on the basis of interviews with a human resources worker and by a survey. It is possible to suggest actions that can help improve the current state of education and development of employees from the gained information. Recommendations are suggested in the fields of language classes, personal development planning and methods of education to the company.
