Meranie zvislých posunov ropnej nádrže počas hydrostatickej skúšky.

Abstract

The topic of the thesis is a complex solution for determining the vertical displacements and deformations of an industrial building during the hydrostatic test. This issue is very well known and common in the field of engineering surveying. As part of our work, we focused on the New Oil Tank in the plant of Slovnaft a. s. in Bratislava, which was monitored for several weeks. Our task was complicated by the fact that the observed object is located in a very busy environment and the measurements were performed during the completion of construction and assembly work on the tank itself. A large amount of material and people were located and moved around and inside the building. The space was limited by the scaffolding erected along the entire outer perimeter and in the space between the tank shell and the pit shell, which affected the ideal conditions during the measurement. The thesis contains the design of the measurement method and its implementation in the conditions of an industrial plant, as well as processing and evaluation of the achieved results of vertical displacements and transformations. The work contains a complete measurement procedure, practical experience and real results. Processing of measured data is performed in programs available for surveyors, namely in MS Excel 2010 and MicroStation.
