Hodnocení spokojenosti agenturních zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

The thesis is focused on the assessment of satisfaction agency employees in ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s. through questionnaire method. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of terms associated with the employment agency, the factors affecting job satisfaction. The theoretical part is a characteristic of the chosen company, which is focused on the history of ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s. In the practical part I deal with the results of a survey of satisfaction of agency employees at ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s., their evaluation and subsequent recommendation suggestions on how to motivate those employees to increase work efficiency.
