Abstract

This bachelor's thesis deals with the preparation of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building with a commercial part in Frýdek-Místek. The proposed building is a six-storey structure without a basement, located on plots No. 5874/2 and 5874/4 in the cadastral area of Frýdek. The ground floor contains medical clinic premises and shared spaces, the second floor is used as office space, and floors three to six accommodate a total of 17 residential units. The structural system consists of a reinforced concrete monolithic frame with Porotherm infill masonry. The building has a flat single-layer roof and is heated by a low-temperature system using air-to-water heat pumps. The documentation was prepared in accordance with Decree No. 131/2024 Coll. on building documentation and includes an accompanying report, a summary technical report, a technical report of the architectural and construction solution, drawing documentation and construction composition specifications. The thesis also includes a thermal technical assessment of selected structures processed in the TEPELNÁ TECHNIKA 1D software by DEKSOFT and a structural calculation of a reinforced concrete beam above the glazed facade on the 6th floor, performed in SCIA Engineer. All assessed structures met the applicable normative requirements.
