Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to analyze and design a marketing communications Non-Profit Organization People in Need. The work investigates what the level of marketing communications People in Need to use the various tools and also what are the differences in knowledge organization in the capital and a small town. The first part is theoretically described marketing communications in general, and consequently in the nonprofit sector. Another characteristic of the organization People in Need, a description of its activities, history, values, structure, financing, marketing mix and the environment that affect the organization. The methodology section describes the preparatory and implementation phases of data collection. Mainly characterized by the problem and research objective. A very important category of work is the analytical part, which is processed by the primary data of the research, which was conducted through written questioning. The outcome of the research is based on the final part of the text suggestions and recommendations. In those summarizes the most important steps that should the organization People in Need to do to improve your marketing communications and thus to obtain a larger number of donors who are for her very important work.
