Příprava a organizace florbalového turnaje Women Ostrava Cup

Abstract

The subject of the bachelor thesis entitled "Preparation and Organization of the Floorball Championship 'Women Ostrava Cup'", as the name itself suggests, is the analysis of the preparation and organization of the championship and, furthermore, discovering the mistakes thereof, comparison of previous seasons, and suggestion of possible improvements. This bachelor thesis also focuses on the basic terms of management and marketing and life cycles of the project as well as methods and techniques that were used along the process of examination. These techniques include observation, inquiry, personal interview, and SWOT analysis. In the practical part, the thesis is concerned with the individual steps necessary to prepare, organize, and secure a floorball event. Furthermore, the thesis concentrates on the organizational structure and implementation phase of the project in the practical part while in the evaluation part individual improvements of the next-year championship are suggested.
