Abstract

The main goal of this thesis is to streamline the purchase process in an industrial company. The acceleration of the processing and quality of the material delivery to the production. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains a special literature search. There is the purchase process and related issues described. The practical part contains an analysis of the current purchase process, selection and evaluation of suppliers system in selected industrial company. The main content of the practical part are suggested innovations and speeding up the purchase process through the suppliers selection and evaluation, and the economic evaluation of the proposed measures.
