Týmy a týmová spolupráce ve státní správě

Abstract

Jako téma bakalářské práce, jsem si zvolil Týmy a týmovou spolupráci ve veřejné správě. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjištění, zdali je týmová práce na obecním úřadě efektivní, v oblasti řízení projektů, která určuje její konkurenceschopnost v čerpání dotací ve vztahu k ostatním žadatelům.Práce je dělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V první části jsem se zaměřil na teoretické koncepty, které se vztahují k týmům a týmové spolupráci obecně. V praktické části jsem se zaměřil na identifikaci všech klíčových činností v procesu žádání o dotaci a její následnou realizaci. Pro sběr dat bylo využito techniky rozhovoru s členy týmu na obecním úřadě a také studium dokumentů vztahujících se k řízení dotací. Výsledkem praktické části je několik doporučení, jak zvýšit efektivitu daného procesu.

As my bachelor thesis theme I chose Teams and Teamwork in the Public Administration. The aim of this thesis is to find out whether the teamwork at the municipal office is effective in project management which determines it´s competitiveness in receiving subsidies against other applicants. This work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the first section I focused on theoretical concepts, that are related to teams and teamwork in general. The practical section is focused on the identification of all of the key activities in the process of grant applications and subsequent realization. For data collection was used an interview technique with members of municipal office team. And also a study of documents related to a grant management was used. The practical part is resulting in several recommendations for how to make the process more effective.
