Regenerace území rodinných domů „Nad Tratí“ a „Pod Tratí“ v Horní Suché

Abstract

Předmětem mé diplomové práce bude návrh regenerace území rodinných domů „Nad Tratí“ a „Pod Tratí“ v Horní Suché. Práce bude zpracována na základě urbanistických a technických podmínek daného území. V návrhu budou řešeny možné varianty regenerace území, možnosti architektonických a stavebních úprav objektů, úprava dopravní infrastruktury, úprava technické infrastruktury a veřejného prostranství. V práci bude řešen i ekonomický propočet jedné z vybraných variant. Práce bude respektovat územní plán a legislativu obce, případně další mapové podklady a dokumentaci příslušných orgánů.

The subject of my thesis proposal will be regeneration of the area of family houses ”Nad Tratí (Over the Tracks)“ and ”Pod Tratí (Under the Tracks)“ in the Horní Suchá. Work will be prepared on the basis of urban and technical conditions of the territory. The proposal will be dealt with the recovery options, the possibilities of architectural and construction work for buildings, transport infrastructure change, change the technical infrastructure and public spaces. The work will be solved as an economic calculation of one of the selected variants. The work will respect the territorial plan and the legislation of the village, or other maps and documents relevant authorities.
