Abstract

STRHÁKOVÁ, B. Statistical evaluation of criminality in Havirov: diploma thesis. Ostrava: VSB-TU Ostrava, FBI, 2017, 60 p. The thesis deals with the exploration and statistical evaluation of crime in the city of Havirov. Introductory chapters deal with the theoretical basis on criminal sciences and crime. Another part is focused on legislation and basic information about the city of Havirov. The fifth chapter contains statistical data on committed crimes. The final section focuses on the questionnaire and its subsequent evaluation, including proposals for measures to reduce crime.
