Abstract

Analysis of Staff Training in the Principles of Lean Manufacturing This bachelor thesis deals with basic training of employees in lean manufacturing. In theoretical part are outlined issues of particular tools of lean production and company staff training. In the analytical part there is an analysis of training which has been made, it is evaluated basing on final test and proposing improvements to increase employee awareness of lean production methods and also are proposed procedures to increase motivation to fulfill these principles.
