Abstract

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the analysis and creation of internal guidelines in a selected company. The theoretical part defines the characteristics and importance of internal guidelines, including relevant legislation. In the practical part, an analysis of the company's internal guidelines is performed and suitable adjustments are proposed and implemented. The practical part also includes two newly created internal guidelines, which the company has not yet had and which will be beneficial for it.
