Abstract

Administration relating to the registry, control and evaluation of employees work tasks is an essential part of Head Office employees daily work at Česká pošta, s. p.. This thesis deals with an analysis of the registration activities and the demands of Head Office employees at Česká pošta, s. p.. In particular it focuses on issues that currently exist or arise in relation to the registration, administration and monitoring processes in connection with the work activities, plans ad performance of subordinate employees. In conclusion, the practical part of this thesis includes a proposal for the creation of a new database supporting the above mentioned activities taking into account the observations and recommendations of this study.
