Územní studie lokality "Záhumenní", Dolní Lhota

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh funkčního a prostorového řešení území „Záhumenní“, včetně dopravní a technické infrastruktury. Lokalita, která se nachází v severovýchodní části obce Dolní Lhota, je územním plánem určena pro smíšenou zástavbu. Architektonicko-urbanistický návrh využití území je vypracován ve čtyřech variantách, z nichž je následně vybráno výsledné řešení. To je dále detailně zpracováno v rozsahu územní studie dle platné legislativy. Součástí práce je propočet nákladů navrhovaného řešení – technická infrastruktura.

The aim of the Bachelor thesis is to design a functional and spatial plan of the territory "Záhumenní” including transport and technical infrastructure. The site which is located in the north-eastern part of the village Dolní Lhota is determined for mixed pattern development by the territorial plan. Four different variants for architectural and urban design of the site usage were projected. The most suitable solution was chosen afterwards and further elaborated in detail according to a contemporary legislation. Cost calculation of proposed solution - technical infrastructure is also part of the thesis.
