Využití Operačního programu Lidské zdroje a zaměstnanost prostřednictvím vzdělávacího projektu ve firmě RETIGO s.r.o.

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to analyse the effectiveness of the educational project that was realized by RETIGO s.r.o. with the help of the Operational Programme Human Resources and Employment. The effectiveness was judged by the employees – the program participants by means of Likertov’s 5-point scale that was a part of the questionnaire. Among other utilized methods were an interview with the human resource manager and the CEO, document analysis and company environment observation. Based on the detected weak areas the employees were not satisfied, I suggested some measures that should result in a more effective educational system of the company and more highly motivated employees in the future.
