Abstract
This dissertation deals with the removal of oil products from the water and from the hard surface with the help of secondary raw materials - ash after combustion of biomass and laboratory prepared sorption snakes. Packaging, ie. surface of snakes, is composed of hydrophobic polypropylene fabric produced meltblown, snakes filling consists of ashes after burning biomass plant origin.
In the practical part in the experiments observed sorption capacity of loose ash and sorbent snakes as sorbents, the removal of all classes of petroleum products. It made a mathematical determination of sorption capacity of the tested species of ash and sorbent snakes procedure according to ASTM F726-06, watching sorption capacity under laboratory conditions on a hard surface and the water surface with verification adsorption kinetics and adsorption equilibrium of the tested ashes and PPoly II. sorption snake HPPoly II. comparison and determine the consumption of ash simulated leak of petroleum products on hard surfaces, pilot plant verification applications snake HPPoly II. sorption on the solid surface and the water level and operational verification of applications sorption snake HPPoly II. accidents in direct contamination with petroleum products. Sorption capacity sorbents prepared is compared with the adsorption capacity of commonly used commercial sorbent based on peat and polyurethane.
The experiments demonstrated the suitability of the use of secondary raw materials tested, which means for institutions using sorbent products reduce the potential costs.
