Komparace ženského fotbalu z hlediska managementu

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se podle zadání zabývá srovnáním tří ženských fotbalových klubů z České Republiky a Slovenska. Jedná se o týmy TJ Olympia Bruntál, ŠKF Žirafa Žilina a 1. FC Slovácko. Úvodní část práce se věnuje teoretickému základu potřebného pro pochopení dané problematiky. Do této oblasti se dají zahrnout témata jako sport, fotbal, management, marketing, finance, metodologie a další. Po prezentování těchto nezbytně důležitých pojmů přechází diplomová práce do své praktické části. Zde je dopodrobna rozebrána struktura všech výše uvedených porovnávaných ženských klubů. Tato struktura klubů je zkoumána z několika pohledů, které jsou následně využity k závěrečnému srovnání dotyčných klubů. Velký důraz je kladen na strukturu organizace, cíle a finance srovnávaných ženských týmů. Výsledné shrnutí výsledků šetření lze pokládat za dosažený cíl práce.

According to the assignment this thesis deals with comparing three women's football clubs from the Czech Republic and Slovakia. These teams are called TJ Olympia Bruntál, ŠKF Žirafa Žilina and 1. FC Slovácko. The introduction of this thesis deals with the theoretical basis required to understand the issue. This area can include topics such as sport, football, management, marketing, finance, methodologies and others. After the presentation of these essentially important expressions, the thesis is followed by the practical part, where in detail the structure of all above mentioned compared women´s clubs is analyzed. The structure of the clubs is examined from several perspectives, which are subsequently utilized for the final comparison of these clubs. The great emphasis is placed on the organization's structure, the goals and the finances by the compared women's teams. The final summary of the survey results can be considered as the achieved aim of my diploma work.
