Abstract

The subject of the thesis is the fysis of the waste management of the selected municipalities, the issue concerns all of us, today´s civilized world. The teoretical part describes waste management, defines the basic legislation, waste management terms, types and disposing of them. The practical part si devoted to the analysis of waste management in themunicipalities Blatno including a comparison of the income and expenditure and marketing research which was done by the questionnaire and is focused on citizen´s satisfaction with the systém of the waste management in their community. The final part provides suggestions and recommendations for possible improvements of this system.
