Plán krizové připravenosti subjektů kritické infrastruktury

Abstract

Diplomová práce pojednává o návrhu postupu při stanovování ochrany prvků kritické infrastruktury v odvětví elektroenergetiky. V první kapitole je popsána deskripce kritické infrastruktury v elektroenergetice, která je rozdělena na výrobní, přenosové kapacity a distribuční kapacity. V analytické části je provedena analýza postupů při hledání optimálního řešení fyzické ochrany prvku kritické infrastruktury, jak za běžného stavu, tak za stavu zvýšeného ohrožení těchto prvků kritické infrastruktury. Stěžejní část práce prezentuje návrh postupu při stanovení ochrany prvku kritické infrastruktury.

This diploma thesis deals with the proposal for the procedire for the protection of critical infrastructure elements in the elektricity sector. The first chapter describes the description of the critical infrastrukture in the elektricity sector, wchich is divided into the national, transmission and distribution capacities. In the analytical part an analyses of the procedures for finding an optimal solution for the physical protection of the critical infrastructure element is performed both in the current state and in the state of increased threat of these critical infrastructure elements. In the core part of the thesis is proposal of the procedure in determining the protection of the critical infrastrukcture element.
