Návrh využití areálu staré čistírny odpadních vod v Ostravě-Přívoze

Abstract

The topic of this thesis work is utilization of waste water treatment plant area in Ostrava-Přívoz. This study contains description of wider references, analysis of current territory condition, the proposal of development, solution of technical infrastructure and traffic device, volumetric study of chosen facility and reference financial calculation.

Out of the three suggested options was chosen one and this option was worked out closely. This option satisfies all the conditions that we learned from background papers, legislative and standard requirements and with its urban fabric is the most suitable for intended purposes of industrial zone. This concept involves properties for production, storage and assembly production. In the southern part of territory is designed a property for office buildings, business incubator and catering establishment, which was chosen for volumetric study.
