Abstract

Cell phones and mobile networks of all generations, for its low cost of purchase and rapid deployment became popular for people all over the world. Number of owners and users are growing steadily. Czech Republic because of its high penetration of mobile phones among is the states with the highest mobile extension of the active population. Appropriate market segmentation helps mobile operators to meet the needs of the greatest number of customers. Bachelor thesis analyzes the service offerings of Czech mobile operators for young people and students, then what way and in what quality are these services provided to customers.
