Plánování a řízení v podnikání s antracitem a černým uhlím

Abstract

In the present work I have focused on developing a business plan. The work is divided into three parts. The first part presents the background of a business plan. It represents all the rules, conditions and laws covering set up of a new business. The second part describes the structure and requirements of the business plan. Here are described all sectors, from which must be a good business plan composed in order to be viable and contain all necessary information. The last part is the draft of the business plan. It refers to a fictitious company TRAH s.r.o., whose main activity is the import and sale of bituminous coal and anthracite from Poland and Ukraine.
