Finanční analýza firmy LANEX a.s.

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je posoudit finanční situaci firmy LANEX a.s. pomocí vybraných metod v letech 2007 – 2011. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol. Druha kapitola je zaměřena na teoretický rozbor finanční analýzy, jsou zde uvedeny zdroje jejich vstupních informací. V hlavní části této kapitoly jsou popsány techniky finanční analýzy, mezi které patří horizontální a vertikální analýza, analýza poměrovými ukazateli, analýza odchylek, predikční modely a analýza provozního, finančního a celkového rizika. Ve třetí kapitole je charakterizována firma LANEX a.s.. Jsou zde uvedeny obecné informace týkající se společnosti a její historický vývoj. Čtvrtá kapitola je praktická. Jsou v ní použity vybrané techniky finanční analýzy, které jsou charakterizovány v druhé kapitole. Informace potřebné k vytvoření finanční analýzou byly čerpány z účetních výkazů a výročních zpráv. V poslední závěrečné kapitole jsou shrnuty výsledky dosažené finanční analýzou.

The aim of the bachelor´s thesis is financial situation assessment of the company LANEX a.s. by selected methods during 2007-2011. Bachelor´s thesis is divided into five chapters. The second chapter is focused on the theoretical background of the financial analysis; there are mentioned sources of the input information. In the main part of this chapter are described techniques of financial analysis (horizontal and vertical analysis, analysis by financial ratios, pyramidal decomposition and analysis of influences, predictive models and analysis of operational, financial and total risk. In the third chapter company LANEX a.s. is described. There are mentioned general information concentrating on company and its historical development. The fourth chapter is practical part of bachelor thesis. There are selected techniques of financial analysis applied here, described in the second chapter. Main source of information were accounting statements and annual reports. In the last chapter, results of financial analysis are summarized and commented.
