Predikace nákladů na odstranění důlních škod na základě prognóz účinků dolování

Abstract

Damages caused by mining activities in Czech Republic are in historical context high sharply felt. From economical point of view the costs of their removing and rectification comprise significant parts of mining companie’s budgets and, with respect to quantity of liquidated mines, significantly affect the state budget as well. Bachelor’s work is aimed at legal and economical aspects of system of mining damages rectification in Czech Republic, position in present legal code and classification system and methodology of calculations of compensations. One of the possibility of compensation costs calculation is outlined through the choosed constructions, located in OKD, a.s. mining areas with specific display of local mining activity cosequences.
