Bezpečnostní studie rizik při používání elektrokoloběžek a elektrokol v silničním provozu

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the risks associated with the usage of electric bikes and electric scooters in road and land traffic. In the theoretical part, the types of these means of transport are presented, their advantages and disadvantages are pointed out, and the risks associated with their use are identified. In the practical part, the identified risks are analysed, evaluated and proposals suitable for reducing these risks are presented. The aim of the thesis is to analyze and evaluate the risks associated with the use of e-cycling and to propose a technical and legal solution to this issue.
