Abstract
Diploma thesis Staff turnover in the selected company is focused on personnel management in the company Pivovary Staropramen, a.s. In the theoretical part deals with employee turnover, human resources management in the organization and employee satisfaction.
The practical part is analyzed fluctuations rate in the Pivovary Staropramen, a.s. Based on this analysis are measures designed to reduce turnover rates. It is recommended to do redsign jobs, review job objectives, to ensure the curriculum, improve communication of corporate culture and to review non-financial benefits.
