Modernizace fyzické bezpečnosti vybraného objektu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá komplexním návrhem modernizace fyzické bezpečnosti rodinného domu v Kravařích ve Slezsku, a to v přímé reakci na lokální nárůst majetkové kriminality. Praktická část navazuje na právní, normativní východiska a teoretický pohled fyzické bezpečnosti a detailně charakterizuje stávající úroveň zabezpečení areálu. Identifikace a následná kvantifikace bezpečnostních hrozeb je provedena pomocí Ishikawova diagramu a metodiky FMEA, přičemž prioritní rizika k ošetření exaktně určuje Paretův princip doplněný o Lorenzovu křivku. Výsledkem je synergický návrh konkrétních technických, fyzických a režimových opatření pro zvýšení celkové ochrany majetku a osob. Ekonomické zhodnocení v závěru prokazuje finanční přiměřenost a proveditelnost navrženého řešení.

This bachelor thesis focuses on a comprehensive design for modernizing the physical security of a detached house in Kravaře ve Slezsku, in direct response to the local increase in property crime. The practical part builds upon the legal and regulatory frameworks, as well as the theoretical perspectives of physical security, and provides a detailed characterization of current security level. The identification and subsequent quantification of security threats are conducted using the Ishikawa diagram and the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis methodology, while priority risks are precisely determined via the Pareto principle supplemented by the Lorenz curve. The final output is a synergistic proposal of specific technical, physical, and operational measures aimed at enhancing the overall protection of property and persons. The economic evaluation in the conclusion demonstrates the financial adequacy and feasibility of the proposed solution.
