Abstract
The aim this thesis was to analyze the population satisfaction with the services ofMohelnice. Determine how the residents of the town are satisfied with the services the city provides them. The first part is devoted to the characteristics of Mohelnice. The second chapter deals with the theoretical base of customer satisfaction, services, and marketing mix of the village. The main section is an analysis of research results and subsequent suggestions and recommendations that could improve the quality of services and thus to increase the satisfaction of the population.
