Vliv motivace na vývoj fluktuace ve vybrané firmě

Abstract

Předmětem diplomová práce je objasnění spojitosti mezi pojmem motivace zaměstnanců a fluktuace zaměstnanců. V první části je vysvětlena problematika fluktuace zaměstnanců a popsán také vývoj fluktuace v konkrétním podniku. Další část se zabývá motivací zaměstnanců, která se blíže orientuji na pracovní spokojenost, jako činitele který ovlivňuju míru fluktuace. V poslední části je zhodnocen vliv motivace na fluktuaci ve vybraném podniku na základě zjištěné pracovní spokojenosti a navrhnuty možné prostředky pro udržení zaměstnanců ve společnosti.

The subject of my thesis is the explanation of connection between motivation and fluctuation. In the first part there is an explanation of problems of fluctuation and there is so depiction of fluctuation development in the selected firm. Next part deal with the motivation of employee, which direct at job satisfaction, like an agents, that influence the measure of fluctuation. In the last part there is assessment of the motivation effect on fluctuation development on the basis of established job satisfaction and there is suggestion of possible tools for preservative of employees in the firm.
