Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on staff training and development. The first part of the thesis is aimed at the theoretical bases of training and development which are then processed in the second practical part. In this section the project cofinanced by European Social Fund concerning the training of Moravian-Silesian Regional Authority staff is introduced. The main aim of the thesis is to find out the satisfaction level of the project course and realization. During the thesis elaboration many documents were used and analyzed (technical literature, internet, Regional Authority intern documents).
