Abstract

The topic of the diploma thesis is the design of heating and ventilation in a guest house with a swimming pool. The work is divided into two main parts. The first part deals with the project documentation of the pension, according to applicable standards and requirements. The second part deals with the design of heating and ventilation of the pension.

Two condensing boilers are used as a source for heating and hot water preparation. The heating system is designed for low-temperature floor heating. The building is ventilated by two air conditioning units, which ensure optimal air exchange in designated parts of the pension. The diploma thesis includes calculations of heat losses of the building, thermal technical assessment of building structures in the DEKSOFT program. The calculations then determine the entire loss of the building and then the design of the entire low-energy floor heating. The diploma thesis also contains a thermal technical assessment of the selected detail and the creation of an energy label of the building envelope.
