Komparace a analýza managementu fotbalových klubů v České republice

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zpracována na téma: Komparace a analýza managementu fotbalových klubů v České republice. Bakalářská práce se zabývá kluby z Moravskoslezského kraje, kterými jsou SFC Opava a FC Baník Ostrava. Cílem práce je porovnat dva zmíněné kluby z hlediska hospodaření, struktury managementu, stadionu, sponzorování klubu, mládeže a kádru A mužstva. V teoretické části práce jsou vymezeny jednotlivé pojmy, nastíněná daná problematika, kterou se práce zabývá a také popsány metody výzkumu, pomocí kterých jsou získávány informace o klubech. Praktická část se zabývá výzkumným šetřením v obou klubech. V úvodu této části jsou uvedeny základní informace a stručně popsaná historie obou klubů. K určení současné situace klubů je použita SWOT analýza, která ukazuje silné a slabé stránky u obou organizací. Výsledkem práce je komparace získaných informací, které jsou pro větší přehlednost graficky zpracovány. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny návrhy a doporučení, které by měly pomoci oběma klubům dostat se na ještě vyšší úroveň.

The bachelor thesis is elaborated on topic: Comparison and Analysis of Football Clubs Management in the Czech Republic. The bachelor thesis deals with clubs from the Moravian-Silesian Region, they are SFC Opava and FC Baník Ostrava. The goal of the thesis is to compare the two mentioned clubs in terms of financing, management structure, stadium, sponsoring, youth academy and A team. In the theoretical part of the thesis are defined individual terms, outlined the issue, which the work deals with and also described the methods of research, by which information about clubs are obtained. The practical part deals with research in both clubs. In the beginning of this part are presented basic information and brief history of both clubs. In order to determine the current situation of the clubs has been used SWOT analysis, which shows the strengths and weaknesses of both organizations. The result of the thesis is the comparison of the obtained information, which is graphically processed for better clarity. At the end of the thesis are presented suggestions and recommendations that should help both clubs get to an even higher level.
