Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the financial crisis between years 2007 and 2009. It is focused on the causes of the crisis, which has its origin in the American mortgage market. In the first chapter there are explained particular types of financial crises and also are described general causes leading to problems in the financial sector. The second part of bachelor thesis is focused on the american economy in last three years. There are explained specific events and mistakes, which have hapenned in recent times . The last chapter identifies several warnings, which predicted the crisis before its rise. These signals can be used as an effective crisis indicators in the future.
