Analýza finančních rozpočtů statutárních měst Ústeckého kraje

Abstract

Obsahem této bakalářské práce je analýza finančních rozpočtů statutárních měst Ústeckého kraje. Předmětem analýzy je město Ústí nad Labem, Teplice, Děčín, Most a Chomutov. Práce je zaměřena především na dopravní obslužnost městské hromadné dopravy. V první části je obecně popsán vznik finančních rozpočtů územně samosprávných celků. V části druhé jsou porovnána jednotlivá statutární města a jejich výdaje na dopravní obslužnost jsou vyjádřena graficky spolu s grafickým vyjádřením promítnutí do celkových nákladů. Závěrečná část bakalářské práce je věnována geografickému znázornění oblastí dopravní obslužnosti a údajům o najetých kilometrech za sledovaná období spolu s výpočtem vynaložených peněžních prostředků na jeden najetý kilometr a popisem možných řešení, které by vedly k úsporám.

This thesis contents the analysis of financial budgets of several Statutory Towns in Ústí nad Labem region. Subjects of the analysis are Ústí nad Labem, Teplice, Děčín, Most and Chomutov. Primarily the thesis is aimed at transport serviceability of an urban public transport. In the first part of the thesis there is a formation of local government unit financial budgets described. In the second part of the thesis there are particular Statutory Towns compared, where its costs of transport serviceability are expressed through graphs as well as a graph of the total costs. The ending part of the thesis aims at geographical representation of transport serviceability in particular areas, with data about mileage at reference period as well as a cost calculation per one kilometer and a description of proposed solutions which might lead to economical savings.
