Abstract

The subjekt of this thesis is viability and development of a small enterprise in business of custom-made production of kitchen unit and furniture using Model Excelence EFQM. The theoretical part describes this main method as well as other methods related to viability of enterprise. The practical part contains an analysis of the enterprise using methodology of self assessment.

Unbiased appraisal of self assessment outcome and suggestions of recommendation how to improve and develop the present condition is the aim of this thesis.
