Abstract

This thesis treats presents the analysis of parcel items which are offered nowadays by the biggest provider of postal services Czech Post. There are compared the differences in the providing of parcel services between Czech Post and the company PPL. This work presents the procedure of a separate item processing in details from its consignment to the delivery. For better orientation in the offer of provided services there is a short instruction of how to get needed information. New wals of how to send or how to collect the parcels via parcel authomats are proposed here.
