Abstract

This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of training employees in the field of fire protection using simulation technologies. The theoretical part first describes the basic andragogic principles and principles for setting up effective training with an emphasis on fire protection. Subsequently, an analysis of the use of simulation technologies in education is carried out, including their characteristics and limits of use. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the design of a sample fire protection training prepared with regard to the specifics of adult education.
