Optimalizace systému vzdělávání s využitím ICT v hutní společnosti

Abstract

The introduction of the thesis contains the theoretical basis for e-learning, multimedia, multi-criterion decision making, project management and data acquisition methods. The next chapter describes the company ArcelorMittal Ostrava S.A. comprising the analysis of the current state of the education system and its statistics for 2013. The practical part deals with the application of the methods described in the first part of the thesis. On the basis of these procedures is then introduced a draft of the educational system for the company with subsequent recommendations. The last chapter contains the conclusion and evaluation of the whole thesis.
