Abstract
The subject of this barchelor thesis is concerning technological breakdowns of blast furnace operation to show complete view on breakdown occurrences of bell less top system to forward material charging across bell less top equipment. Individual technological equipment of bell less top charging system are fulfilling function of transporting routes for charging material since the release moment from skip car till pouring of the material from distributing tilting channel of revolving distributor to inner part of the furnace. The charging material is subsequently placed in furnace from periphery of inner part of the shell in direction to middle and back, as per circuit cycles in accordance to movement of the channel, when is the forming the creation of material charging column. In the end of the thesis are submitted suggested ways of controls and repairs of top charging system with recommended actions for fast identification of defects to secure availability of stated equipment in current intense required production while shortening or removing unplanned stoppages of Blast furnace for repairs and for minimization of economical cost.
