Analýza logistického řetězce vybrané firmy

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is evaluation of the current state of logistics management of food company Ones and design solutions for the supply and distribution logistics. The theoretical-methodologic section describes the basic concepts of logistics and setting out the basic logistics targets. The practical part describes the entire supply process, from placing order to receipt of material in warehouse, which stores the company has available, packaging of finished products and which distribution channels company use. In the following part is implemented delivery system optimizing design, providing the best supplier of the main raw material, the optimal size of supply and safety stocks of raw materials. In the distribution is determined location of the new central warehouse for finished products. The part of this thesis is also a proposal for reducing the number of stores in the Czech Republic and expansion of the distribution chain to other European countries.
