Hodnocení zdravotního stavu vegetace s využitím hyperspektrálních dat z bezpilotních letadel

Abstract

The thesis deals with the processing of hyperspectral data from VNIR Resononon Pika L camera, which were taken over forest vegetation in Nad Myslivnou in Ostrava - Poruba. The aim of this work is to develop procedures for pre-processing and processing of hyperspectral data and at the same time to highlight the problems and lessons learned. For this work, the programs Spectronon Pro and ENVI were used, in which pre-processing by various methods can be performed, as well as other analyses such as classification, evaluation of spectral characteristics, calculation of indices, etc. The preprocessing results were compared with each other. In addition, an assessment of vegetation health using vegetation indices and a comparison with Sentinel-2 satellite data and a summary of further use of the hyperspectral camera is made.
