Abstract

Thesis supervisor: Ing. arch. Aleš Vojtasík. The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is development of documentation for the construction of villa on plot number 3925/6 in the cadastral territory of the municipality of Těrlicko. The documentation is created according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., on the documentation of buildings. The design is based on an architectural study prepared in the subject Studio creation 5 - academic year 2023/2024, thesis supervisor Ing. arch. Aleš Vojtasík. This study was subsequently developed for the level of project documentation for a building permit in the subject Studio creation 5 – academic year 2023/2024, civil engineering consultant doc. Ing. Miloslav Bagoňa Ph.D. The thesis consists of two parts - a text and a drawing part, which were processed in required extent and in accordance with the assignment of a bachelor's thesis specializing in the field of architecture.
